This half-day instructional baseball camp will allow participants to learn and strengthen basic skills for the game of baseball. Areas of focus will include throwing, hitting, fielding, catching, pitching, baserunning, and teamwork.

Our awesome action sports instructors will be you guide to learning new skills, get the hang of the ramps, and having fun! You can also expect friendly contests, trail rides, awards, balance practice, slacklining, and other action sports activities that are planned for rain or shine!

Former N.C. State player Amber White teaches young women what it takes to become a top athlete on and off the basketball court. Students will improve their basketball skills, build character, value academics, and learn mindfulness techniques to manage stress.
