Sign up for two half day camps at the Page-Walker and add supervised lunch for a full day of fun! Campers bring their own lunch.

Learn guitar through warm-ups, scales and exercises to master the basics. We’ll choose songs together and make a music video! Each day features music history, performance video, or game to keep things fun. Camp ends with a recital. Camper must bring an acoustic guitar; 3/4 size guitar is recommended for average height child age 8-11.

Take your bluegrass skills to the next level! Learn jam etiquette, back-up, lead, harmony and improvisation through lessons, guided jams and camper collaborations. Camp is for intermediate fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar and upright bass students. Instructors are professional bluegrass musicians, including Hank Smith, Charles Pettee and Pattie Kinlaw. On Friday evening perform for the public.

Discover world music with hand drums and percussion. Learn traditional drum rhythms and explore new ones through creative self-expression and small group collaboration. It's big fun! Instruments provided. Camp ends with a recital for family and friends.

Put your electronics aside and pick up new skills the old fashion board and card game way! Each day you'll discover a new game while learning basic gameplay, strategy, and scoring. Then pair up and play! Campers get a unique camp card game to take home.

Complete a personal scrapbook in this fun, creative setting! Preserve your memories as you learn techniques like borders, corners, page and album titles, journaling, and paper art using cool tools. Campers will receive a Creative Memories album and paper and have access to Creative Memories tools.

Discover photo composition concepts and tips for capturing great photos that tell a story and inspire viewers. Practice skills through photo scavenger hunts, fun activities, and a field trip through downtown Cary! Campers must bring a digital camera or smart phone.
