Increasing Our Healthspan

This class will focus on our Healthspan as opposed to more traditionally only acknowledging one's Lifespan. With paying more attention to our Healthspan we will examine the factors employed now that will maximize our quality of life in our later years. Come join us in this lively and highly interactive class!
