Embark on a journey of fun and mindfulness with our Toddler Tuesday "Fun Yoga & Mindfulness" program! Led by Tiana from Flowtious Soul Yoga, this engaging yoga session is specially designed for kids. Join us as we explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques in a playful and nurturing environment. Please plan to bring a yoga mat. Some are available for use, but it is first come first served.
